The following are answers to questions we’re most frequently asked.
Is there a delivery charge?
No. Our prices are listed. There are no additional delivery fees.
Where do you pick up and drop off my clothes?
You choose the location. It is recommended that you choose a weather-sheltered location however.
What type of bag do I put my clothes in?
Garment bags will be provided by Door to Door Express. A bag will be left with each delivery.
Do I have to be there when the drop-off or pick-up is made?
There is no need to be home to use our service. For corporate delivery, a designated area will be agreed upon.
How do I pay for services?
Your cleaning will be charged to your credit card. An invoice will be attached to each order delivered. Monthly or bi-monthly payment will be arranged. Payment by personal check will require payment in full bi-monthly. (Invoice will be attached to items delivered. Check can be placed in bag for next scheduled pick up.)
How do I change my personal information and/or preferences?
Simply contact the owner directly. Go to the contact us page for options.
How will I know my scheduled drop-off and pick-up days?
Upon sign-up you will be contacted by the owner regarding scheduled delivery information in your area.
Is an e-mail address important?
It helps us provide important information to you regarding your account when you cannot be reached by telephone. This may include holiday, inclement weather, and promotional information. It allows the customer to contact us as well regarding your vacation and delivery change.
Is it important to notify Door to Door Express if you are going to be away?
Clothes can be held until you notify us of your return.
What if there is a problem with a garment I am leaving?
Simply leave a note in the bag, identifying the garment and problem.
